Regulatory role
DESA GmbH provides MonaxPay as software and orchestration. MonaxPay is not a credit institution, payment institution, financial adviser, card processor, merchant of record, or investment adviser.
Card payments, local payment methods, onramp, offramp, and swap steps are performed by external providers under their own terms and checks. Live routes can be rejected, restricted, or suspended after provider, risk, compliance, or legal review.

Consumer dispute resolution
