Regulatory role
MonaxPay Community Project provides MonaxPay as software and orchestration. MonaxPay is not a credit institution, payment institution, financial adviser, card processor, merchant of record, or investment adviser.
Card payments, local payment methods, onramp, offramp, and swap steps are performed by external providers under their own terms and checks. Live routes can be rejected, restricted, or suspended after provider, risk, compliance, or legal review.
Consumer dispute resolution
MonaxPay Community Project is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
EU online dispute resolution
The former European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so no obsolete ODR link is included.
