MonaxPay roleMonaxPay may block any route that creates provider, card, bank, wallet, sanctions, fraud, consumer-protection, or legal risk.

Prohibited
- Sanctions evasion, sanctioned persons or jurisdictions, hidden beneficial ownership.
- Fraud, phishing, identity theft, social engineering, recovery scams, refund scams, romance scams, or call-center fraud.
- Unlicensed financial services, investment scams, guaranteed returns, trading signals, managed accounts, or misleading crypto/investment offers.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, mule activity, mixers/tumblers, strawman payments, or disguised third-party payments.
- Illegal drugs, fake pharmaceuticals, weapons, stolen goods, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or minor-related sexual content.
- Malware, hacking, botnets, credential stuffing, data brokerage, ransomware, or cybercrime.
- Gambling, lotteries, betting, adult offers, or high-risk content unless explicitly and lawfully approved in writing.
- False claims, hidden terms, pressure tactics, missing support, or chargeback evasion.
High-risk use
Some activities may be legal but high-risk for MonaxPay or its providers. MonaxPay can reject them or require manual review, provider approval, documents, limits, and ongoing monitoring.
Enforcement
MonaxPay may pause, restrict, terminate, or report accounts, links, API access, routes, campaigns, or settlements where there is a violation or reasonable suspicion.
