Merchant terms
Operating model
The merchant accepts the non-custodial model, prepaid MonaxPay fee reserve, provider handoff, reporting evidence, and customer-support obligations.
No MonaxPay custody
Customer crypto settlement is routed to the verified merchant or recipient wallet. MonaxPay does not hold customer crypto, card data, or a merchant pooled balance in v1.
Merchant responsibility
The merchant remains responsible for the product, service, invoice, offer language, customer communication, refunds, taxes, and any prohibited or misleading activity.
Prepaid fee reserve
MonaxPay can require fee credit before links are created. Fee reserve, release, and consumption are reported in the merchant ledger.
Evidence and reporting
Provider webhook evidence, chain evidence, receipt references, API logs, and merchant actions are retained for support, reconciliation, and compliance review.
