Withdrawal Notice

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract for a fee-bearing MonaxPay digital service within fourteen days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exclusion or expiry of the right applies.

A consumer is a natural person who enters into a transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. If several digital services are ordered separately for a fee, each service can have its own withdrawal period.

To exercise your withdrawal right, you must inform DESA GmbH, Am Hauptbahnhof 16, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, email mail@monaxpay.com, by a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send the notice before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we received from you for the withdrawn MonaxPay service without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will normally use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless we expressly agree otherwise with you. We do not charge additional fees for that reimbursement.

For a fee-bearing digital service, the statutory withdrawal right may expire or compensation may be due if you expressly request MonaxPay to start performance before the withdrawal period ends and you acknowledge that you know the withdrawal consequences.

For that reason, MonaxPay requires a separate checkbox in fee-bearing activation or service flows for immediate performance and acknowledgement. Without that consent, the service may be delayed until the withdrawal period expires or may be provided only in a limited form.

This withdrawal notice covers MonaxPay services. Refunds, deliveries, product promises, support, warranty rights, or consumer claims against a merchant are governed by your contract with that merchant and applicable law.

Provider, card, bank, and blockchain transactions may follow their own rules. A confirmed blockchain transaction usually cannot be unilaterally reversed at a technical level; an economic refund may therefore require a new return transaction, provider support, or merchant cooperation.
