Affiliate Program Terms
Overview
Reward model, attribution window, payout conditions, and prohibited promotion methods for the MonaxPay referral program.
Key facts
Eligibility
Participation requires an approved application. Applications join a waitlist; MonaxPay reviews identity, risk, and intended promotion methods and may decline an application without giving reasons.
You provide a Solana payout wallet when you apply. You are solely responsible for its accuracy and security. Commissions are paid only to that wallet.
Reward model
Your commission is 25% of the platform fee MonaxPay earns on a billable, chain-confirmed transaction of an account you referred. It is always a share of the platform fee — never of gross or transaction volume.
Commission is recognized only when the underlying fee is itself recognized as revenue on independent chain proof. A provider webhook alone is not sufficient. If a transaction is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, no commission arises or it is reversed.
Attribution
Attribution uses your unique referral code or link. When someone follows your link, the code is stored in a first-party cookie for 90 days.
First-touch wins: exactly one affiliate is credited per referred account — the first code attributed wins. Self-referral is not allowed; an account cannot refer itself.
Payout conditions
Payouts are manual and subject to dual control: a second approver must approve each payout before MonaxPay performs the on-chain transfer and records the transaction signature. There is no automatic send.
Commissions are recorded as accrued and only marked paid after a payout is confirmed. MonaxPay may require a minimum payout threshold, review and holding periods, and evidence before paying out.
Prohibited promotion
- Spam, purchased email lists, unsolicited messaging, or misleading advertising of any kind.
- False earnings, income, or return claims, or claiming regulatory approval or endorsement.
- Trademark infringement, fake MonaxPay properties, typo-squat domains, or paid search ads on MonaxPay brand terms without written approval.
- Self-referral, incentive manipulation, cookie stuffing, artificial clicks/signups, or any other attribution manipulation.
- Promotion to sanctioned persons/jurisdictions or in connection with prohibited use (see the Prohibited Use policy).
Termination
MonaxPay may suspend or terminate the affiliate account and withhold pending commissions if these terms, the Prohibited Use policy, or applicable law are violated, or where fraud or manipulation is reasonably suspected.
MonaxPay may change or discontinue the program or these terms with reasonable notice. Commissions already correctly accrued and not disputed remain unaffected.
